Program Supervisor – Omaha
Christian Heritage seeks master’s level supervisor for Foster Care program based in Omaha. The primary functions of this position pertain to oversight of the staff and daily operations of the foster care program in Eastern Nebraska. This person is responsible for managing youth referral and admission activities and for ensuring performance excellence with the services and programs we provide. This individual must have a heart for serving the Lord and compassion for the youth and families in our care.

Program Supervisor – Lincoln
Christian Heritage is looking for a master’s level supervisor for Intensive Family Preservation and Foster Care programs. The primary functions of this position pertain to oversight of the staff and daily operations of the foster care program in Southeastern Nebraska. This person is responsible for managing youth referral and admission activities and for ensuring performance excellence with the services and programs we provide. This position will also be responsible for initiating and overseeing an Intensive Family Preservation program. Some clinical interventions may be required, but oversight of the program and staff will be the primary focus for this position. This individual must have a heart for serving the Lord and compassion for the youth and families in our care.
