Support
The Transitional Living Program provides 24 hour, 7 days a week support for the youth in the program. We hire competent staff that are located in each of the communities that are familiar with resources our youth can connect with. These staff are trained in the workings of the program, from the expectations of the youth in living their apartment, to what kinds of consequences we use to provide motivation for the youth. Successfully transitioning from a group home, treatment center, foster family, or even their own home into an apartment of their own with the skills to make it work financially and practically is the goal of the Transitional Living Program.
